Return & Refund Policy

To initiate a return request contact us at  Place “return request” in the subject line. Please provide a reason for the return request including any photos if applicable. Your return request will be reviewed and you will receive a response in no more than 5 business days. When a return is approved a specialist will help facilitate the process. Depending on circumstances, a restocking fee and shipping fee may apply. To be eligible for most returns you must be within our 100-night trial period. Sense it takes the human body some time to get use to a new sleeping surface and it takes a new mattress to break-in we require a minimum 21 days before we will consider a return. It will take no more than 5 business days, after a returned product is received, for a full refund of the purchase price. Your bank may take additional days to accept the refund.
